Where Can I Buy Baci Chocolate In Nyc

Egészségedre! John Zimowski

My first youth exchange ended only a few days ago and already I would leave and go to make a more. Let's start with
order: exchange in which I participated was held in Macedonia, Vinica (pronounce it correctly, you need to read it with a "z" instead of "c") a small town of about 20,000 inhabitants located in the eastern part of Macedonia. Ah
for information: the salad as well as being a way to eat fruit is also a nation, is located in Northern Greece, between Albania, Serbia and Bulgaria.
Known to most for its red and yellow flag in the shape of the sun and Alexander the Great . I almost forgot, go to Macedonia involves some small problem: they use the Cyrillic alphabet, not to decipher (for me) and their currency the "dinar" is very similar to Monopoly money.

In this youth exchange as well as the Italian group and the Macedonian was also attended by other groups from Albania, Croatia, Hungary and Romania.

I'm confused, I do not know where to start, I was in Macedonia for only nine days, but we did so many things that it is impossible to write a post.
start with "intercultural evenings" . During which each national group, presented their country through movies, theatrical skits small (beautiful on the engagement made by the Croats), dances (I still wonder how Kinga was dancing with a glass jar on his head), music and food (we Italians have a tradition 3 kg of cooked pasta). Beautiful
also a treasure hunt throughout Vinica , during which we had to "climb" a mountain and go to an Orthodox church, are like the Italian ones with some differences: the roof has a different shape, there are benches seating and are all colored.
But the thing that absolutely struck me most was seeing up close a true marriage Balkan . The atmosphere was that of the films of Emir Kusturica's Underground, and all the guests danced continuously until at night the typical Macedonian dance, "Gold" made up of simple movements to form two or more circles that occupied the entire dining room of the hotel, accompanied by an orchestra of traditional Balkan music, never tired of playing.
The main event of this exchange was, without doubt, participation in the Carnival of Strumica . We were divided into three main groups and we made masks using only a few sacks, a little 'paper and imagination. My group was inspired by the Middle Ages, complete with a King and Queen, musketeers and a General, perhaps a bit 'too modern, but made his figure. Another group represented "The Flintstones" and the last two have created a tribe of Indians and a small band of land pirates, because they do not have the money to buy a sailboat.

I hope I have succeeded at least in part to describe this wonderful experience, although I is difficult to describe the harmony that has been created in the few days between us all.
I greet you with our slogan "unofficial" Egészségedre !
