Lactulose Bad For Teeth

Gianroberto of Notes for a journey of discovery of self and other.

Marcel Proust wrote: " The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes . In this sense, it starts a new journey at the same point where we have returned from the previous one, namely the "zero kilometer" of his soul, but with new eyes. It is not actually traveling to a destination in particular, traveling first to himself. This is, I think the deeper meaning of the reflection of Henry Miller that " our goal is never a place but rather a new way of seeing things ". A new way to look with different people and places that are never too far away, up to question day after day, even their own certainties. The discovery of the 'other' is thus the quintessence of every trip . Paraphrasing Alexandra David-Neel, without meeting with the other in reality you are not traveling at all, than you travel. In this sense, perhaps today we move too, but probably traveling less and less. However, as we remember St. Augustine of Hippo, " The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page . let alone write a new as you are doing good friends travel by telling your experience at our online diary!

Greetings to all and the next trip together!

My One Year Old Has Viral Infection

"Tourists" in Poland! Lilia Menichella

First experience abroad can not be anything but enthusiastic!

Although few days were spent in Poland, this trip was a unique experience for me!

Poraj We stayed in a small village nestled in green surroundings, and there have found not only Polish children, but also young people in Norway and Germany.

We have close ties since the first day, thanks to the many ice-breaking games and played in several workshops throughout the day.

Sport has been the core of the project , in fact daily activities such as fitness, swimming, tennis, badminton, football, beach volleyball and more, which almost completely committed our days. not forget the afternoon spent at the Rope Park and Golf Paintball .

In the afternoons we had the opportunity to visit Czestochowa and the monastery, one of the most important centers of Catholic devotion, the object of worship is the icon of the Black Madonna and Child.

The trip to Poland was an important opportunity for enrichment of my wealth of experience, from the perspective of cultural and human, which allowed me to improve my English skills, become familiar with customs and traditions totally alien to me before, and know many wonderful people with whom I hope to stay in touch.

Ah, I forgot ... I thank especially the two "tactics" of the group Toto and Rock, who made possible my participation!:)

PS: When is the next departure? : D

Mirtazapine Does It Work

A house "haunted" by a young Luke Fiore

Hello!

After numerous requests by Antonio "Rag. Filini" Saved , I jotted down some thoughts that I share with you, my friends.

Who am I? My name is Luke, I am 27 years old and live in Częstochowa since 2007. I deal with the management of New World in Poland, where for the past many years, we have consolidated our presence in the voluntary sector, giving our help in facilities for children less fortunate. How the New World, so I have decided to put down roots in this great country of culture and inhabited by people so hospitable to make you feel at home, despite the 1800 km that separate me from my Foggia! As I said, our presence here is strong enough to be on site to establish a center for children, whose opening is expected in the near future, at our current headquarters, a building inside the green we purchased a few years ago.

was my birthday, Jan. 18, when he told me about this project, Ewa " Be Active for a healthier lifestyle and reflecting on the possibility to enter the New World as a partner (another sign of how New World also has a strong presence here in Poland). I spoke with Toto and we were immediately excited about the idea: is always nice to participate in projects like this where you can be in close contact with different cultures and feel, in your little, ambassador of your country by exporting its culture, its typical products, practices and customs of your land. We establish friendships with peers from other nations, just that compared with cultures different from their own, it helps to open their minds and to reinforce the respect and tolerance towards other peoples. These projects have a function as "teaching" because it can help you grow and mature. It all with wholesome entertainment that never hurts!

Unfortunately I was able to fully enjoy this experience, given the work commitments that prevented me from taking part in all activities of the project. Of this I regret, not knowing the names of some participants, even during the last day of the project, has reinforced in me the idea that this is an experience 24 hours 24 to be able to truly understand the meaning .

I saw tears fall from the eyes of the participants a few hours before their return home , tears of fear for a long time not to see the friends with whom we shared every moment of daily life (such as cigarette smoke after lunch), gestures full meaningful to each participant. These tears I've missed. I so wanted those same tears that encompasses all the emotions of a week, had also crossed my face. Tears came later, but for other reasons between 2007 and 2008 I lived in the house where I live now, a wonderful experience called the National Civil Service Abroad, with 7 other people my age. The have reviewed, if only for one day, that same house "haunted" by young ; almost impossible to get to the terrace if not using the wings with which to fly over the sea of luggage found in the dining room - D (we say that the house was not in chaos, but "differently in order ' - Politically correct!) Having to wait 20 minutes (despite the presence of as many as 3 bathrooms in the house!) For a simple urine because the girls were busy preparing for the evening (a very long preparation for yours truly inexplicable given the existing natural beauty of our 4 girls ... really a "Bravo!" on the Rock for the selection ...); going to the pub and then go home together with the taxi ... I missed all this . I miss him still. And I probably will in the future.

And as I write these lines, which kicks me in every remembrance of you ( Carotino , Giusy , Isabella , Lilia , Rock, Serena and Toto) who have helped me go back two years and remember the beautiful moments spent with those before you, has "plagued" our home here in Częstochowa: Andrea, Anna , Arianna , John , Mariano, Roberto and Toto (him again!).

Hugs to you all, my 13 friends.

Live Forever! Cheers!

Tight Chest, Congestion, Coughing

Zajebisty! Versione Inglese by Isa Esposito

ZAJEBISTY!

This is maybe the only word that can define quite precisely the country that gave birth to the great Frèdèric Chopin and that for just one week has been the scene of that amazing cultural exchange that saw all of us in action together with guys and girls coming from different nations like Germany, Norway and – of course – Poland.

Poland is such an extraordinary country, really welcoming and full of hospitable and affable people, where the really low cost of living (…or at least for not natives! :D) contributes to make the time you have to spend there even more pleasant.

Seven days are definitely not enough to fully appreciate a town or – more in general – a whole nation… But the deal is that if it only could be possible, I think everybody of us would come back again, even now, in this exact moment , among the streets of the piękne (“beautiful”, ndr) Częstochowa or in that lovely place tucked away among the woods and the lake that hosted us in Poraj, a little village not so far from the town itself.

Since the “theme” of the exchange has been “Be Active for a healthier lifestyle”, it’s obvious that the main activities of our days in Poraj have been those concerned with outdoor sports like beach volley, tennis, swimming and so on (…but don’t forget about the afternoon spent in the Rope Park and in the Paintball field!) together with workshops and group activities done to improve integration between the participants and the groups themselves.

And what about the delirious intercultural evenings? “Baptized” by our great polish friends (who entertained us all with dances, games and of course with their typical dishes & drinks [God bless Żubrówka!, ndr]) and continued by the Norwegian guys first, and by the Germans later, up to the last epic (or better, TACTIC!) italian evening: grand final with pasta, tarallucci and win…NO! NOT WINE! Just “typical Italian water” appreciated by everyone even more than a Brunello di Montalcino (…this is actually a really typical and very expensive Italian wine!, ndr) !

Apart joking, maybe our self-irony has been the key of our “achievement”!

After an holiday abroad everyone should feel spiritually and personally enriched: and I’m sure this happened to every single one participant to this amazing Youth in Action project.

Longing? A lot. Will to start a new project from scratch? EVEN MORE.

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!

UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL!

Special thanks to people from my group:

Gianroberto (...CAROTINO!!! :'D)

Poland - PORAJ - Summer 2010

Hello guys! Who speaks to you is ghostly Rock A man who has become legend in Europe thanks to the Youth in Action programs. now a pioneer of international cultural exchanges, in principle as a participant, now as coordinator .

's been many moons since my first mission, which began in Macedonia and developed in the context East-Europe. A few years ago I was given this opportunity, to know the world for what it is, not how it is painted by those who may want to exploit it for their own interests .

I found out I had friends and people who love me in unexpected places of the earth and work of these projects is to give a name and a face to all these people. The enthusiasm and the fervor with which they are party to every trade he made for the boss every single moment in each project.

is difficult with a few lines projected into this fascinating world , I spend hours to list and explain all the activities in which I participated in all of my trade, but you will never feel that sense of well-being that comes only by living each experience . I've lost count of how many new friends I met during my mission, are so many languages I heard that now I only remember one .... That smile J .

If there are memories alive and still in my mind are the moments spent with the guys known in these exchanges. The desire to meet these wonderful people once again has stopped time, energy and the charge that they have given me and continue to give me every time I attend a Youth in Action Programme makes me feel eternally young.

My cultural background makes it big, but no border or customs will be able to leave behind me all my precious friends! The invitation to you all I do is to break every barrier that has been inculcated by people who believed in their lives exclusively to their ego , we have only one life, I chose to spend it in the best ways I think, dividing it with anyone willing to live it fully!

I think your Solver will accompany the next trade, then equip yourself with beautiful people enthusiasm and great desire to do so beyond the threshold of your home is a world to discover!

Implementations Of A Clothing Store

zajebiste! Isa Esposito

... zajebiste ica is a word that probably best suited to define more or less precisely the land that gave birth to the divine and Chopin for a week has been the scene of the extraordinary cultural exchange that has seen us together with other players boys and girls from Germany, Norway and - of course - from Poland.

This is an extraordinary country, populated by friendly and hospitable and friendly people , where the low cost of living (... at least for non-native: P) helps to make it even more enjoyable time spent there.

Seven days are not far enough to appreciate a city or - more broadly - an entire nation ... But the fact remains that if only you could, I think any of us would return even now, at this very moment, the streets of Piekna ("beautiful", ed) Częstochowa or in the lovely hotel surrounded by greenery who put us up in that of Poraj , a small village a few miles from the city proper.

Since the theme of the exchange in question was the sport (or rather, the "stay active in order to lead a healthier life"), it goes without saying that the main occupation of Our days have been sports of any kind (beach volleyball, tennis, swimming, etc..) held both within the structure above, and elsewhere (... who can forget the afternoon spent on the Rope Park or in the range of Paintball!) as well as workshops and activities collective work on the integration between individual participants and between the groups in general.

How then not to mention delirious intercultural evenings! "Baptized" by Polish friends (who delighted us with dance, games and food typical of the place [God bless Zubrowka! Ed]) , who then passed the baton to the Norwegian boys before and after the Germans, until the last epic (or better tactic!) Italian night: how to close with a flourish of pasta, wine and tarallucci ... NO! Typical Italian water, had been appreciated by all even a Brunello di Montalcino! Seriously, was probably just our positive and our self-irony to be seen as the key to our "success" . :)

from a trip abroad that you can not go back spiritually enriched ... And this is what is undoubtedly happened to us as to all other participants.

Nostalgia, a lot. Want to share, lots.
